DELEGATES STAYING IN PRAGUE

Arrangements for our evening meeting (26th May), onward travel to Nove Hrady (27th May) and how to get to your hotels from the airport and railway stations. (3 pages in total)

Arrangements to meet on 26th
Those staying at the Prokopka Hotel will be met by Lida Hudcova (our guide) at 17.15.
Those staying at the Hotel AMU will be met by Gareth Roberts at 17.15.
Those staying at other hotels have been informed how to join up with us.

At 18.00 we have been invited to the Studio of Vlado Milunic from where we will start our 90 minute tour visit.

We will have dinner at Manes at approximately 19.30. Those arriving late should meet us in Manes where we expect to stay until 21.30. Manes is an imposing white building straddling the river on the Masaryk Embankment. The nearest tram station is Narodni Divadlo (National Theatre).

Arrangements to travel to Nove Hrady on the morning of 27th May

Mini buses will depart Prague for Nove Hrady at approximately 09.15 – 10.00 on Wednesday morning. A mini-bus will set off from Hotel AMU at 09.15 and Hotel Prokopka at 10,00. A later minibus will collect people arriving at the airport on the Wednesday morning.
